At the PDTE we consider the privacy of our visitors to be extremely important. This privacy policy document describes in detail the types of personal information is collected and recorded by the PDTE and how we use it.
Log Files
Like many other websites, the PDTE makes use of log files. Children's Information
We believe it is important to provide added protection for children online. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children to observe, participate in and/or monitor and guide their online activity. The PDTE does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian believes that the PDTE has in its database the personally-identifiable information of a child under the age of 13, please contact us immediately and we will use our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

Members List and Trainers Map
Members may choose to have certain details published on the PDTE website through the Members List and, where applicable, the Trainers Map.
Only information for which the member has given permission will be published. Permission can be withdrawn at any time.
Location information is required where a member wishes to appear on the Trainers Map.
Where evidence of appropriate professional insurance is requested for inclusion on the Trainers Map, it is used only to verify that appropriate cover is held. Once this has been checked, the insurance document does not need to be retained and can be deleted.
How do we store your information?
PDTE uses services including Google Workspace and Wix to collect and store information.
Access to personal information held by PDTE is limited to those who need it for the administration and activities of the organisation.
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information entrusted to us. However, no system for storing or transmitting information digitally can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
How long do we keep information?
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected or where we are required to retain it.
Information that is no longer required will be deleted.

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you. You may also ask us to correct inaccurate information, remove information where appropriate or stop publishing information that you previously agreed could appear on the PDTE website.
